Payment Details

20% deposit is due at time of booking. Balance due will be payable 30 days in advance of your stay. Cancellation within 30 days of your arrival, will result in no refund unless re-rented.

Children are welcome.
Guests may arrive any day of the week.
Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. (Timings are flexible.)
Pets-negotiable.
Smoking allowed outside of the building.
There are no formal quiet hours, however, we do ask that guests be respectful of those around them.

The Accommodations

The self-contained 2 bedroom apartment has its
own private entryway to start your relaxing time
away from home.

This inviting and cozy sunroom just begs you to take a break and enjoy a view of the scenic gardens and pool area overlooking the channel.

The common Family Room will be a great place to curl up with a movie or book and spend some quiet times. It also has an attached deck just outside so you can relax in the clean country air. There are plenty of books and movies available for you to use during your stay with us.

Home away from home means that you can still enjoy those late night snacks or special brunch in the morning. The kitchen has everything you would ever need.

This bedroom has two twin beds, great for the kids. Cozy and comfortable with lots of room for 2 people.

Greenery and colorful plants will fill your view as you gaze out over the hillside and relax in the country air.

Nothing like a refreshing swim on those hot summer days. Grab a towel and relax by the pool soak up some sun and then cool off with a dip.
