About Us

We are a small, family run, husband and wife Race Team. We have no sponsors providing us with assistance so we do it all on our own the best we can. So far I think we have done pretty good.

Tony, the driver and owner, was born in Belleville, Ont. He is now retired from the Canadian Armed Forces after 20 years service but still working here in Trenton, Ontario. Jan, that's me, the jack of all trades at the Race Track, was born in Reading, England. I too am retired from the Canadian Armed Forces with 22 years service and am also employed in the local area.

There are 3 classes that run at Shannonville: Street, Pro and Super Pro.

We have raced at both Luskville and Shannonville tracks and started out in what is known as the Street Class. Our first car, the '68 Chevelle that you can see on the pictures page, Tony re-built from the ground up. With each passing year, he made her faster and more powerful. Within no time at all we were running too fast for the Street Class. So, we moved up the ladder to Pro and he finished in the top 10 his first season.

Since 2005 we have our new car, the Bad Apple, that we currently run in the Super Pro class. As you can see from this pic when we got it, it was just bare bones. A lot of hard work, patience and dedication made the Bad Apple the great car she is today. Eventually she will be getting a paint job and will be, of course, a greenish apple color.
