  • Well we had our final race weekend of the season on Oct 9, 10 & 11. Going into Round 8 Saturday morning, we were tied for first place in the points with Kevin Morrow. And after a gruelling competion, both ourselves and Kevin made it to the finals. But, only one can win.....we made it. Sunday morning was the last race of the season, and we sadly lost in the 2nd run of Round 9. But we had enough points spread that we are now officially the 2009 Super Pro Champions. Congratulations to Tony and of course, the Bad Apple for a great run this past weekend.

About the Track

There are 3 classes that run at Shannonville:
Street, Pro and Super Pro.

We have raced at both Luskville and Shannonville tracks and started out in what is known as the Street Class. Our first car, the '68 Chevelle that you can see on the pictures page, Tony re-built from the ground up. With each passing year, he made her faster and more powerful. Within no time at all we were running too fast for the Street Class. So, we moved up the ladder to Pro and he finished in the top 10 his first season.

NEWSFLASH - "FLAT OUT WEEKEND"

Well the "Flat Out Weekend" was a great success over the 3 day Show N' Shine event at Shannonville Motorsport Park July 10, 11 & 12 2009. The Drag Racing was fantastic and the Swap Meet and Street Dance were enjoyed. Our own "Bad Apple" was a huge hit with the drag fans. This promises to be an exciting yearly event now! Check back for the pics and videos coming soon to our slideshow section. Hope to see you there next year!
