TK Automotive Appraisals Inc. is an independent automotive and heavy equipment appraisal company. Services offered include, but are not limited to, damage appraisals for insurance companies. If an auto accident occurs the insurance companies contact us to assess the damages and if necessary do either a manual ACV (Actual Cash Value) or run the unit through Autosource for a current valuation if the unit is a total loss. If the company has their own Autosource ID we complete the PDA (Pre Damage Assessment) sheet detailing condition, options etc and we will also include the Microsoft Word version of the PDA sheet so you can add/edit as required before submitting to Autosource. We usually complete reports in PDF format and can custom tailor the report as required. Reports will normally include a Cover Letter, estimate and photos as well as our invoice for minor damages. It will also include either the Autosource or manual ACV if a total loss along with the Alta VIR form pre-filled with a Microsoft Word version included so the adjuster can add/edit as required prior to submitting to the government.

We also do BLIND ACV's. We are highly experienced in dealing with LOW IMPACT appraisals as well as heavy equipment and farm equipment including irrigation pivots etc. Basically we do anything with wheels and/or tracks.

We do warranty inspections for several of the top agencies which usually cover mechanical damages i.e. engine, transmissions etc.

We have recently set up for catastrophe contingent including mobile Lap Top computers with wireless (secure) internet. We have both the Mitchell & ADP Estimating programs so we can provide the proper estimates depending on the insurance companies preference. We make all our own forms and can therefore custom tailor as required.
